With every batch, friends and family encouraged the idea that this wasn’t just good ice cream… it was something truly special.

Guided by a lifelong love of great hospitality and exceptional food, founder Jeff transformed that spark into a craft. Drawing from more than two decades of experience leading award-winning resorts and culinary teams, he brought fine-dining standards to an everyday pleasure: ice cream.

In 2022, after investing in a professional ice cream machine “just to experiment,” Hidden Oak Gourmet Creamery was officially born. What followed was countless hours of refining recipes, sourcing local ingredients, and perfecting a French-style custard technique that delivers unparalleled texture and richness. No artificial colors. No artificial flavors. Just honest ingredients, meticulous craftsmanship, and a belief that ice cream should be extraordinary.

Jeff spent over 20 years in the travel and hospitality industry, serving in leadership roles at world-class hotels and resorts. His properties earned accolades including #1 Resort in Hawaii, #6 Best Business Hotel in the U.S., and Hyatt House Hotel of the Year. As a former Resort General Manager and Chief Operating Officer, Jeff’s passion has always centered around elevating guest experiences.
